Miss Jenny has been working with young children for over 30 years and has a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management, Certificate III in Children’s Services, is an affiliate member of ATOD and is First Aid trained.
As a student Jenny studied various dance syllabi including; ATOD, GWT, RAD, FATD. Obtaining honours plus and honours with distinction in many exams.
Jenny is committed to the growth of the studio and continues to attend annual conventions, seminars and training days as part of her ongoing professional development. Some of these include; The Come Together Dance Convention, Victorian Dance Festival, Studio Expansion, Studio Savvy, Exchange and ATOD training days.
Jenny is a Rhythm Works Integrative Dance Certified Instructor which allows SITTS to integrate students with additional needs into our classes.
Jenny was a dedicated member of Holroyd Musical and Dramatic Society for 10 plus years. Her favorite roles include ‘The Wicked Queen’ in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, ‘Cinderella’ in Cinderella, ‘Giggling Gertie’ in Oklahoma the musical, ‘Diane’ in Big the musical, The NSW Premier and Soul Girl in Jesus Christ Superstar. Jenny has also choreographed for the Holroyd Musical and Dramatic Society and served on their committee.
Singing has also been a big part of life as a dancer. Jenny has been given many opportunities to choreograph, sing and perform at Australia Day, the Small Business Awards and The Sydney Sings Spectacular with the Beethoven Society of Australia at Sydney Town Hall.
Jenny is a mum to three beautiful girls who keep her busy outside of the dance studio.
Jenny is dedicated to providing stimulating, supportive and inclusive learning environments for her students and looks forward to the future of Step In Time Talent Studio.
